Mini PC can’t start up at all, no power supply

.Check if you are using the original power adapter. You can check the power rules of your Mini PC in the support interface to see if it matches the power adapter you are currently using.

.Check if the power adapter is damaged. You can use a multimeter to check if the power adapter can provide the correct voltage, or use another power adapter to connect to the Mini PC and see if it can power it. If the power adapter is damaged, you need to replace it.

.If the power adapter is confirmed to be not faulty, the issue may come from the Mini PC’s BIOS. You may have changed the power settings of the motherboard when setting up the BIOS. You can check the user manual to find the reset pinhole, then use a paperclip to reset the BIOS. If your Mini PC does not have a reset button or pinhole, you need to open the Mini PC. Find the button battery that powers the BIOS, and disconnect it from the motherboard to reset the BIOS.You can find the mini PC you purchased on the support page and see if there is a detailed tutorial on resetting the BIOS.

.If you have tried all the above methods and still cannot start the Mini PC, the motherboard of the Mini PC may be short-circuited or damaged. If the light on the power adapter lights up normally when not connected to the Mini PC, but goes off or blinks when connected to the Mini PC, then you can determine that the Mini PC’s motherboard is damaged. You can contact the seller from whom you purchased the product to replace or repair it.
