The mini PC keeps restarting and cannot boot up properly.

  1. Power adapter malfunction: Check if the power adapter is the original one. The Mini PC automatically shuts down during use because the power adapter is not providing enough power. If the power adapter is provided by Chatreey, please contact your supplier to replace the power supply.
  2. BIOS malfunction: After pressing the power button, repeatedly press F7 without interruption to see if you can enter the BIOS interface. If you can enter the BIOS interface, everything is fine. You can press F3 or F9 to reset the BIOS, and then press F4 or F10 to save the changes (a prompt in the bottom right corner of the BIOS will tell you which keys to use for resetting and saving). If the issue is still not fixed after restarting the computer, you may need to replace the hard drive.
  3. Can not enter the bios: If the above operation cannot enter BIOS,You can check the user manual to find the reset pinhole, then use a paperclip to reset the BIOS. If your Mini PC does not have a reset button or pinhole, you need to open the Mini PC. Find the button battery that powers the BIOS, and disconnect it from the motherboard to reset the BIOS.You can find the mini PC you purchased on the support page and see if there is a detailed tutorial on resetting the BIOS.Then proceed with the 2-1 check.
  4. Memory malfunction: If you’ve tried all the methods above and still can’t start the computer, and you can’t enter the BIOS by pressing F7, you can try replacing the memory. If you’re using unknown memory, it may be incompatible with the computer. You need to replace it with memory from well-known brands like Samsung, Kingston, Hynix, Intel, Micron, etc. If you’re using memory from a reputable brand or provided by Chatreey, you can try removing one memory stick (if your mini PC is dual-channel memory) and using one stick to check for faults. If the fault still exists, you can insert another memory stick into the other memory slot of the mini PC to check if one of the memory sticks or one of the memory slots is faulty. When you detect a faulty memory stick, you can contact your memory supplier to replace the memory. If both memory sticks fail to work properly, you need to contact the supplier of the mini PC to replace the mini PC or power adapter (if you have a multimeter to test the output power of the power adapter and determine that the fault is from the mini PC or power adapter, then tell your supplier the test result, which can speed up the problem-solving process)
