1. Press and hold the power button for more than 10 seconds, then press the power button again to see if it recovers.
2. If the problem is not resolved, check the bottom of the computer for a reset hole. If there is one, use a paperclip to poke the reset hole and reset the BIOS.
3. If there is no reset hole, open up the mini PC and disconnect the BIOS battery to reset the BIOS, you can learn how to do it in the video tutorial.
4. If you have done all of the above steps but the computer still won’t turn on, please check if the power adapter is damaged. If it’s not the power adapter’s fault, contact the seller to replace it.
